In CNBC’s annual ranking of the best states for business, Colorado moved up 26 places to the No. 7 spot, showing the greatest overall improvement since last year in the strength of its economy.
Of the 10 catagories, Colorado was judged to be unchanged in technology and innovation, infrastructure and transportation. Colorado did see
a big improvement in its ranking for education but lost some ground from 2012 in the areas of business friendliness, quality of life and access to capital.
